This Air Fryer Apple Crisp is super simple, super quick fall (or anytime) dessert recipe! Small-batch and easy to make using your air fryer, and big on flavor.

Apple Crisp
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple peeled and sliced very thin
- 1 tsp lemon juice plus zest
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Topping
- 1/4 cup AP flour
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar packed
- 2 Tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
Apple Crisp
Preheat air fryer to 375° and coat two oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, and ½ tsp cinnamon.
Divide the apples into the two ramekins.
Pour maple syrup over the apple mixture in each ramekin and set aside.
Topping
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Add the melted butter and mix - ensuring all dry ingredients are moist.
Divide the topping mixture between the two ramekins, covering the apples completely.
Place the ramekins in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Enjoy with ice cream!
