Quick Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 each Pork Loin Chops (1 – 1 1/2 in thick)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary – chopped
- 4 slices thick cut bacon -Or more if you wish
- 1 large shallot diced small
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 each apple cored and diced small (I used a Granny Smith)
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature – softened
Instructions
Cook Bacon
- Cook bacon in oven until done (your level of doneness), after cooling, then dice.
Make Stuffing
- Put softened cream cheese into a medium bowl and begin working with a silicone spatula/
- Add rosemary and mix into the cream cheese.
- Add diced shallot to cream cheese mixture and blend in.
- Add apple and garlic to cream cheese mixture and blend in.
- Add chopped bacon to cream cheese mixture and blend in.
- Place combined cream cheese mixture into fridge to solidify while we progress to the rest of the dish.
Prepare Pork Chops
- Cut pocket into pork chops. (see video for complete instruction).
- Stuff prepared cream cheese mixture into pork chop pockets.
Cook Stuffed Pork Chops
- Preheat skillet on medium-high and do the water test (see video for details).
- Pan fry pork chops about 5-6 minutes per side.
