This Air Fryer Apple Crisp is super simple, super quick fall (or anytime) dessert recipe! Small-batch and easy to make using your air fryer, and big on flavor.

Equipment

  • 2 10 oz Oven Safe Ramekins

Ingredients
  

Apple Crisp

  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice plus zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Topping

  • 1/4 cup AP flour
  • 3 Tbsp light brown sugar packed
  • 2 Tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

Apple Crisp

  • Preheat air fryer to 375° and coat two oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, and ½ tsp cinnamon.
  • Divide the apples into the two ramekins.
  • Pour maple syrup over the apple mixture in each ramekin and set aside.

Topping

  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the melted butter and mix – ensuring all dry ingredients are moist.
  • Divide the topping mixture between the two ramekins, covering the apples completely.
  • Place the ramekins in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Remove, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy with ice cream!
